Based in Foxrock, Dublin 18, Bistro One has been open since 1992. We are a local neighbourhood restaurant with a kitchen specialising in modern bistro cooking using the best of local seasonal produce. Our ethos and philosophy is geared towards our customer and their enjoyment of our food and wine. Bistro One seeks an experienced specialist Brazilian Chef required for busy kitchen at this popular and renowned restaurant, Bistro One at 3 Brighton Rd, Foxrock Village, Dublin 18, D18 C9C3. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in similar role. International experience is an advantage. Duties are preparation, cooking and presentation of various Brazilian dishes and preparing menus working with local seasonal foods in a modern bistro. Salary: €30,000 per annum.
