Apply via email: We are looking for a Pensions Administrator to work in our office in Fr. Mathew Hall, Church Street, Dublin 7. Our company deals with the establishment and administration of a number of different types of pension schemes. Duties / Responsibilities • Setting up new pension schemes (SSAPS, SIPP’s and Corporate Schemes) and dealing with any queries that may arise. • Dealing with queries from clients/brokers /advisors/Revenue/ Pensions Authority , etc. in an efficient and timely manner. • You will be required to work closely with the Office Manager and other team members, as required. • Ad hoc duties as directed by the Office Manager/ Senior members of Staff. • Answering phone, typing, filing, and general office duties. • Full Training will be provided to develop your pension knowledge. Qualifications At a minimum you will be required to have completed your Leaving Certificate. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, but this is not essential. You will be expected to start the QFA exams on successful completion of the probationary period. The Company will pay for these exams. Experience Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in an Office Environment/Financial Services Industry, however experience not essential. Technical Competencies & Non Technical Competencies • Strong working knowledge of MS Office package, in particular Excel, Word & Outlook • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail • Good telephone manner and letter writing skills essential • Be well organised and capable of working to tight deadlines • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently • Be enthusiastic ambitious self starter • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
