Experienced person required for a busy SME Office in Tallaght, D.24. Working closely with the MD and the technician staff of Aqua Fire Prevention Ltd. The role has huge variety and offers a good rewarding challenge. Full time position working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. The role is very much self-managed once you are familiar with the requirements. The role includes some of the following work on a daily/weekly basis; • Data processing of customer information • Bank & cash receipt recording and updating • Phone & email enquiries from customers • Tying & issuing of reports/recommendations/quotations to customers • Logging and allocation of customer service calls in conjunction with Service manager or MD • Data processing of accounting information • Office management supplies-ordering • Debtors credit control-calling/copy invoices/statements/follow up • Sales Invoice processing using bespoke cloud based accounting & data software[easy to use] • Support service to customers regarding ongoing works/contracts/ordering/enquiries • Support to technician staff with customer information & data A good salary package will be offered and is very negotiable depending upon your experience.
